Magdrive Pump (Magnetic Pump,Magnetic Drive Pump)

Salient features: 

· The volute chamber is one piece, heavy, joint less design manufactured from Poly-Propylene (a chemically inert thermoplastic) by the use of an exclusive moulded process.

· All the wet-end parts are in solid moulded construction to withstand corrosion and erosion. Impellers are semi-open type Hydraulically balanced by back vanes, used in all pumps to suit both clear and polluted fluids. Distant piece of pumps are made from Poly-Propylene so no corrosion problem and pump leakage.

· The bearing bracket made from heavy-duty graded casting coated with anti corrosive paint. Reliable fixing of impeller on the shaft by direct thread.

· Centrifugal quiet, vibration free.

· Maximum dimensional inter-changeability in the design of our pumps.

Applications: 

· Phosphoric Acid Plants: H3PO4, H2SO4, HF and their mixtures with or without solid (gypsum) up to 40% conc.

· Gas Washing Plants: Scrubbed liquids containing CL2, BR2, F2, I2, SO2, SO3, CO2, NH3 gases, with solids replace hastalloy.

· Rayon Plants: Spin bath solution (H2SO4, ZNSO4, Na2SO4, etc.

· Caustic Soda Plants: Chlorinated brine, conc. HCL, Dilute H2SO4 etc.
